- simulated modem lights and average (over intervals as short as 0.5 sec)
- RS232 transfer rate.

- Unfortunately, I think the port spy functions which enable the rate
- monitoring only work under Win3.1 and WFW3.1 - although the other program
- features work under Win95. I think he was (is?) working on a full Win95
- version, but I'm not sure.
