  27. Ted Johansson's nifty little modemstatus program's latest version (1.8 - 
  28. available on various SimTel sites as modemsta18.zip) will show both 
  29. simulated modem lights and average (over intervals as short as 0.5 sec) 
  30. RS232 transfer rate.

  32. Unfortunately, I think the port spy functions which enable the rate 
  33. monitoring only work under Win3.1 and WFW3.1 - although the other program 
  34. features work under Win95. I think he was (is?) working on a full Win95 
  35. version, but I'm not sure.
